What is a witness tree ?
“Witness Trees” of many kinds exist all around the world. Some are living witnesses to a specific historical event. Some are denizens, designated as special meeting places, and still others may be specific to family. Thus, Witness Tree Reunion performances take audiences on an evocative musical journey to special places in time.

Matt Miskie has been on the road sharing stories and songs for the better part of 45 years. His entertaining songs and stories have delighted audiences of all ages. He is a life-long advocate for the environment, preservation of wild places, social justice and arts in education. mattmiskie.com
Outside of performing, Maddy is a voice teacher, yoga instructor and the owner & founder of Windsong Voice and Yoga, her private studio in Central Maryland. She is a proud alumna of The Eastman School of Music and the University of Maryland.
